Water is the most important and basic nutrient for keeping your body young, healthy, and energized. It is impossible to keep yourself healthy and vibrant without consuming optimum amounts of pure water on a daily basis. Water is the Jack Of All Trades, it is a cleanser, hydrator, detoxifier, solvent, coolant, lubricant, transporter, nutrient and healer. A key focus for all, should be to avoid cellular dehydration. One of the major causes of premature aging is chronic water deficiency (chronic dehydration).

Dehydration has become an epidemic in America, most people are totally unaware that they are suffering from it. Dehydration can open the door to many degenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, brain disorders, eye disease and many others. Kidney failure is at an all time high in the United States. According to research, 20% of people drink no water at all and 42% consume just 2 glasses or less per day. These statistics are very alarming and must change for the better.

To avoid premature aging, you must focus on drinking 8-12 glasses of pure natural water every day. It is very easy to go an entire day without drinking water and at the same time consume large amounts of dehydrating liquids such as soda, coffee and alcohol. Drink water before you become thirsty, drinking one cup of water every hour is a good system to help you stay on track. Keep the color of your urine as clear as possible. If your urine is yellow to orange in color, you are dehydrated. Drink water immediately.
