Anita Dunn, the controversial White House Interim Communications Director, is leaving the job at the end of this month, according to The Washington Post.

Daniel Pfeiffer, described as a long-time friend and soulmate of Dunn, will take over as permanent Communications Director. The two knew each other while working for former Senator Tom Daschle (D-SD). Pfeiffer has had experience working for Daschle and for Senator Tim Johnson (D-SD).

Regular viewers of the Glenn Beck program will remember when Glenn Beck played this video of Anita Dunn turning in an incredible performance: mentioning Mao Tse Tung and Mother Theresa in the same sentence, and naming both as her heroes:

That's not all. Ms. Dunn also once said that Fox News was "the research arm of the Republican Party":

Daniel Pfeiffer does not have such a video trail as that. But if he has known Anita Dunn for as long as reports indicate, White House communications policy probably won't change much from the propaganda machine it has always been--though perhaps Mr. Pfeiffer will be a bit more careful than Anita Dunn has been. Time will tell.
