President Obama has yet to visit Fort Hood after the massacre perpetrated there last week by Nidal Malik Hasan.

Obama has also failed to correlate Hasan's motivations to his actions - actions that killed 13 and injured many others.

Meanwhile, former President George W. Bush has made a low-key visit to Fort Hood to pay his respects to the victims of last week's terrorist attack against America and its servicemen and servicewomen.

The difference in priorities between Obama and Bush has been noted in foreign media far more so than in the U.S. press, much of which is blaming Hasan's murder-spree on combat stress of a man never in combat.
