Ellen Marchman has extensive experience with national spirits such as Leblon Cachaca, Bombay Sapphire, McCallans, Campari, and Remy Martin; national restaurants including Mr. Chow, The Grill on the Alley, Rosa Mexicano, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Thompson Hotel Group; and community partnerships for companies such as California Pizza Kitchen, Jamba Juice, Whole Foods Market, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Baja Fresh, and Starbucks Coffee. Ellen has worked directly with the James Beard House, StarChefs, Bon Appetit Wine & Spirits Focus in Palm Beach, Food & Wine Festival in Aspen and the Food Network Festival in Miami Beach. She received the coveted 2009 “Women in Excellence” award from the National Association of Professional & Executive Women. She contributes regularly to Hospitality Design Magazine and is a member of the Denver Art Museum and enjoys being a part of DINR (Denver Independent Network of Restaurants). She received a political science degree with a minor in journalism.
