Keeping The Body In Balance

A triathlete friend was discussing how technology has changed her sport, which got us looking at products that can help not only the pros but also the weekend warriors.

The Tanita BC-558 is one such device. It's a "segmental and full body composition monitor," a tool designed to give individual body composition readings for each segment - right arm, left arm, right leg, trunk, etc. 

Tanita says it's particularly useful for someone rehabilitating a specific body part, or to get both sides of the body in balance.
