Check out the Sleeptracker, a gadget whose motto is "Waking Up Has Never Been Easier." OK, I don't know about that, but it does have the coolness factor us tech geeks are always looking for.

The Sleeptracker monitors your body to determine whether you're sleeping or awake, checking out your sleep cycles to find the best moment to wake you. The goal is to get you out of bed "refreshed," not groggy.
I'm not one to wear a watch to see what time it is (isn't that what a BlackBerry is for?), but at least this one can do more than just tell time. Take a look for yourself here.
