
Blendtec is a company that sells high-end blenders but is much better known for the way it has used technology - in this case the Internet - to build its business.
The company has been posting its "Will It Blend" videos on YouTube and other outlets for a while now (check one out below). They're a mixture of comedy and train wreck - and they've been viewed millions of times.
George Wright, the company's marketing director, is the man behind a phenonemon that has reached more than 100 million people on the Internet - and changed the face of online marketing. He's scheduled to talk about his work during a session called "Will It Blend? The Viral Marketing Story" at the T3PR Conference in New York on Sept. 11.
