MIT researchers are looking at a storage
system for solar power, a process that
converts sunlight into gases.
An argument against moving quickly toward alternative energy sources has been that their increased cost would wreak economic havoc for energy consumers.

Researchers at MIT say they may have a solution. It's a process that can convert sunlight into gases for storage in fuel cells - a storage system that would make solar power more competitive price-wise with traditional energy.
