Marijuana laws, and Massachusetts' '$30 million' question

A report last year said marijuana laws nationwide
cost taxpayers $41.8 billion.
The decriminalization of marijuana in Massachusetts - which with Tuesday's vote became the 12th state to decriminalize small amounts of the drug - could save taxpayers $30 million in associated costs, say the supporters of the ballot measure, which was known as Question 2.
