Want to help hurricane victims? The Federal Emergency Management Agency has set up a National Donations Management Network at this address.

Visitors to the site can send their donation to a variety of voluntary agencies, or directly to those affected by Hurricanes Fay and Gustav in the Gulf Coast states. And it might be good to keep that information handy, since September promises to be a busy month for storms.

Three more named storms are already on the radar - Hanna, Ike and Josephine. You can track those storms through the National Hurricane Center.

Did you know? September is National Preparedness Month. The Dept. of Homeland Security has tips about what you can do to keep your family safe in the event of an emergency.
