Ford Motor Co. is looking at many options as the struggling automaker attempts to raise cash. Reports today say Ford is considering selling Volvo, its Swedish subsidiary.
Ford executives would not talk about how selling Volvo would impact either company.

Ford has been reviewing its Volvo business for more than a year, and has already moved to make Volvo a standalone company. It's one of several things the Dearborn, Mich-based automaker has been looking at to ride out the current economic turmoil in the industry.
