The online multiplayer trivia show, 1 vs 100 will make its Season 2 debut on November 19th, 2009 according to a Microsoft press release.
The first season of 1 vs 100 debuted back in June and ran for 15 weeks and averaged half a million contestants per week. Season 2 will run for 14 weeks and will add new features and themed trivia nights such as "Finish the Lyrics", "80s", and "Vampires".
1 vs 100 is a prime-time video game experience based on the TV Show where you and thousands of other contestants compete to win prizes in the form of Live Arcade games and MS Points that can be used to purchase games, movies, and other content on Xbox Live. The prized based shows typically occur on the weekends during television prime-time hours. "Extended Play" occurs during the rest of the week where you can play to increase your odds of being the One or a member of the Hundred.
The first season of 1 vs 100 was free on Xbox Live for Xbox Live Gold members. There has been no indication to this point that Microsoft will charge for Season 2.
