The Hollywood Christmas Parade was held on Sunday, November 29th in Hollywood. This year's Grand Marshal was Daytime television icon and "All My Children" star Susan Lucci. The parade started at 6:00pm, on Hollywood Boulevard at Orange, the U-shaped parade route traveled east to Vine, south on Vine to Sunset Boulevard and west to Sunset and then back to Orange.
Joining Susan Lucci in the parade were from the world of sitcoms were Oscar Nunez, Melora Hardin and Kate Flannery from "The Office", Kyle and Chris Massey as well as television stars, Antonio Sabato Jr, Lee Majors, Gille Marini, Jonathan Roberts and Anna Trebunskaya of "Dancing With The Stars", Cindy Williams of "Laverne & Shirley", Dog The Bounty Hunter, Lorenzo Lamas. Montel Williams, and Judge Greg Mathis.
Other artists attending were Brian McKnight, American Idol's Ace Young, Lonnie Jordan of the old school music group War, recording artists Saavy & Mandy, Naya Rivera of "Glee", cast members from "Bold and The Beautiful"," General Hospital", "Young and The Restless", and athletes Luc Robitaille and Lisa Leslie of a total of about 100 celebrities.
For the first time in its 81 year history, the parade will be a two hour prime time special on national network television. You can watch the whole parade on MyNetworkTV, Channel 13 at 8 p.m. December 10, and again on Christmas Eve.
