Let’s face it, ladies. Most of us are overworked, underpaid and overstressed. And trying to find a healthy balance between family life and work can be overwhelming.

With the slumping economy, many people are finding ways to save money and cut back on extra expenses. While money saving coupons are a great way to save a few bucks, who has time to go through the local papers and cut out coupons every week? Each week, the Working Moms website will be shining the spotlight on free items and steals-and-deals that will help save money, time and make your life just a little bit easier.

Beauty & Health:

• Victoria’s Secret Lip Gloss – Stop by participating Victoria’s Secret stores and have a bra fitting. You’ll get a free Beauty Rush lip gloss until November 15th.
• Aerie Freebies – Stop by participating Aerie stores on Thursdays in November and get a free product.
• Aveda Shampoo for Men – Get a free sample of this shampoo.
• Tropical Breeze – Get a free sample of this tropical men’s fragrance. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Offer is for US residents only.
• Sun Vibes Massage Oil – Get a free sample of this fabulous massage oil filled with Avacado, Oil and Grape Seed Oil, along with Vitamin E. The sample should arrive in 1 to 2 weeks!
• Breathe Right Strip – Get two free Breathe Right nasal strip samples – great for snorers. Offer is good for those 18 and over, in the USA.

No appointment is necessary. Flu shots will be given to uninsured people 18 and older until November 15, 2009. First come, first serve – while supplies last. • Victoria’s Secret Pink Panties – Sign in or register on Victoria’s Secret and get a coupon for a free pair of pink panties, plus $10 off bras. Coupon is valid until November 9th. Photo id is required.
• Prefolded Pocket Squarez – Hey, it’s hip to be square! Get a free pre-folded handkerchief!

• Recipe Books – Get these lovely free recipe books from Costco, available for download. Hundreds of delicious recipes are included. 2007 Favorite Recipes, Easy Cooking, Creative Cooking and Entertaining, to name a few.
• Free Fazoli’s Spaghetti – Get a small spaghetti for free at participating Fazoli’s with this printable coupon. The freebie is only available with marinara or meat sauce and you have to order a drink. Offer is valid until November 15, 2009.
• HappyBaby – Get a free package of one HappyBaby product with this printable coupon. Limit one per customer and offer expires November 10, 2009.

• Free MP3 of the Week – Get a free download each week from WalMart. Click “buy”, “cart” and “checkout” to get the free copy. Registration is required. A WalMart download manager is available for easy download although it is not required.
• Free Song of the Month – From JamJamJam
