Let’s face it, ladies. Most of us are overworked, underpaid and overstressed. And trying to find a healthy balance between family life and work can be overwhelming.

With the slumping economy, many people are finding ways to save money and cut back on extra expenses. While money saving coupons are a great way to save a few bucks, who has time to go through the local papers and cut out coupons every week? Each week, the Working Moms website will be shining the spotlight on free items and steals-and-deals that will help save money, time and make your life just a little bit easier.

• Aerie Freebies – Stop by participating Aerie stores on Thursdays in October and get a free mini eye makeup brush and case.
• ZYRTEC 10MG Tablets – Get a free sample of this allergy reliever tablet.
   
• Walgreens Wellness Tour – AARP and Walgreens are teaming up for a special bus tour. Free health screenings are coming to a town near you. The free screenings are valued at over $140 per person. No appointment is necessary. Flu shots will be given to uninsured people 18 and older, between September 17th and November 15, 2009. First come, first serve – while supplies last. Free Wearables & Apparel:

• Breast Cancer Awareness Bracelet – Fill out the form to receive a free bracelet. You’ll need to add at least one friend’s email in order to receive the freebie.
