Someone's on the bridge.

There are moments in life that capture our attention. Moments that cause us to stop, look, listen, and get down on our knees. Moments in which 'someone's on the bridge' and suddenly nothing else matters.
Death, illness, political unrest, natural disasters . . . loss. During these times, we remember that there is no 'I' or 'me' only 'us' and 'we.' We remember we are all in this together sharing life upon this small blue planet.
We realize that what had once seemed important wasn't really worth getting upset over or worth worrying about. Someone's on the bridge. Shhh. Quiet.
Let's remember that we are all members of the greater human family. Let's join hands and hearts together and create a better world for all beings. By supporting one another when we need it most, we need not fear who or what is on the bridge. For we know our Creator stands beside us and together we can accomplish anything.
