Beautiful autumn foliage

Despite the breeze, the old leaf still remained attached to the long, thin branch. When the time is right the leaf will let go falling in a gentle spiral to the earth below, touching the ground for the very first time.

The tiny creatures of the soil embrace the old leaf transforming it into nourishment for the very tree from which the leaf had hung for all these many days and nights.

In the Spring, a new leaf will sprout from the same long, thin branch the old leaf had let go of. Round and around leaves travel the circle of life, always changing. They bless us with their beauty and timeless message of hope. There are no true endings or beginnings, only transformations along life's eternal path.

Peace to all
