A Poway, California mother of five is in jail after being accused of robbing four banks and using her minivan as a getaway car.
The FBI said Roxanne Pennock, 37, robbed two banks in Temecula and they believe she robbed a US Bank in Poway, and a San Diego National Bank.
Pennock was arrested after police pulled over her mini van which matched the description of a van reported in the robbery of a Chase Bank in Temecula.
Her vehicle was searched and according to investigators, evidence was found linking her to the crime.
Authorities said Pennock flashed a gun in one case, and in another case she told a teller she had a gun.
Neighbors say the Pennocks were going through tough financial times, and speculated that could be the reason for the robberies.
Pennock was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of robbery. She is currently in jail in Riverside County.
