I heard this magnificent four-piece phrase through a Unity minister in Florida recently: "Forgive, Release, Let Go, and Move On!" It rang so true for me, that this is the most important creative work and play that we can be doing in these days of great transformation. As we move through "the Shift of the Ages" metaphysically speaking, life can sometimes feel very chaotic and uncertain. So in these times, any releasing and letting go work that we can do will benefit ourselves, all our relations, and Mother Earth herself. One of the most significant ways that we can heal is to let go of that which no longer serves our higher purpose, whether they be physical, material things, or old, negative emotions, or believe systems and patterns.

Perhaps if we could each commit to forgiving one another, giving each other the benefit of the doubt, and releasing and letting go of what no longer serves us every day, as much as we can, this would be a wonderful start toward moving on to better times. Personally, I'm committed to going through my papers these days, file by file, pile by pile, and box by box. It's time to release and recycle whatever I possibly can to make room for the new pieces of life and ideas and beliefs that are knocking on my door. Same with my closets, the garage, and my other storage spaces. It's time to clear out the old and make room the the new! On the emotional level, I've been using various practices to open up my heart, too, so as to live more into my beautiful name, the Dancing Heart.

Speaking of which, there are a variety of methods of emotional letting go through bodywork that I've discovered. There are at least three modalities that immediately come to mind: 1) The Healing Codes, 2) The Emotional Freedom Technique, and 3) Heart Wall Healings. I'd like to share more information on these in depth over the next few days. Please watch for the next articles that I'll be sharing this coming week.

In the meantime, you might ponder this question: What do I most need to forgive, release, let go of, and move on from in my life today?

Blessings of Peace and Abundance through letting go! Dancing heart~~~
