Weather forecasts are for a beautiful day today in Murray, with game time temperatures at 69 when the Racers host Austin Peay at Stewart Stadium - but winds may be a factor. Forecasts are calling for winds at almost 20 MPH.

Elsewhere today in the OVC, Tennessee Tech visits Georgia, Eastern Kentucky is at Kentucky, Jacksonville State travels to Southeast Missouri and UT-Martin visits Tennessee State.
Maybe an Earnhardt could get the Racers running. Brady Earnhardt, a 5-8, 185 pound fullback from Mount Juliet, Tn. is on the Racer recruiting radar, according to Rivals.com
The Murray State soccer team will play for the OVC Tournament championship Sunday in Morehead, Ky. The Racers defeated UT-Martin Friday night and will play Tennessee Tech for the title.
Murray State women's tennis coach Connie Keasling was recently selected to the Greeneville (TN) High School Hall of Fame, where she lettered in basketball, volleyball and tennis.
Mid-Major Madness has the Racers rated No. 146 in the country, between Rutgers and Hofstra. Morehead State is No. 137.
Racer great Jeff Martin played in the NBA, while his brother Wayne Martin played in the NFL after a stellar college career. Wayne Martin Jr. is following in his uncle's footsteps in the basketball. One of the top recruits in the Class of 2011, Martin recently visited Arkansas - his father's alma mater. The 6-7 Jacksonville, Fla. native is also drawing interest from Virginia Tech.
