Here is a great interview with CSonnen following his great win over Nate Marquardt. He has some great comments about what it means to fight and train in real MMA fights. And says that some people think it is "tire flipping" training, or "high altitude" training when it is actually fight training and he spend all his time fighting and training. Not doing all the crazy stuff someone invented that looks cool but has nothing to do with actually winning an MMA fight. You young guns should listen and learn.
