Many exercisers are stuck in a rut doing a gang of cardio and not seeing results. Do you wonder why you may be losing some weight but overall your muscles are not getting toned? Remember a solid workout plan includes cardiovascular and strength training. I know you don't want to spend a load of dough on gym equipment; plus who has the room for all that stuff? Let's get busy with bands!

Resistance bands are economical, portable, convenient, and versatile. Bands range from $2.95-$15 and are readily available on the web or stores like Walmart and Target. Bands are small and can be taken with you anywhere--even that next vacation! Unlike weights, bands can be used in any environment and don't need lots of space to store them. Bands are color coded to denote the strength level. and can be used to do thousands of different exercises.

I know some of you guys still think you need weights to get that muscle pump. Don't get it twisted, resistance bands can give you a kick butt workout and deliver the results your looking for!
