TV25 and the B'More Healthy television show

Cable TV station TV25 is a "cable station operated by the Mayor's Office of Cable & Communications". It basically is a propaganda station for the local government that taxpayers fund. Here is Wednesday's schedule of what was on TV25. Right before 4:30PM I was in the municipal building next to city hall where I paid my incredibly high property tax bill. There were a few televisions throughout the building and on all of them there was a workout program. Four people were on the screen jumping around, stretching, and sweating. I assume you were supposed to follow along at home and become a healthier citizen. According to the schedule posted online this show must have been the B'More Healthy television show (although the schedule could have been off and the show might have been the "Be Fit Baltimore" show).
After I paid my bill I paid closer attention to the screen and I noticed that one of the people working out was Mayor Sheila Dixon! Now of course this appearance basically serves as a tax payer funded reminder to vote for Dixon in 2011, but it also shows the many out of shape citizens of this city that our 55-year-old mayor is in great shape and they have no excuse not be in better shape. If we are forced to have a city-owned propaganda station then I prefer it to have shows on like this one that might inspire people to make this city a bit healthier.
Now if the Mayor has to leave her office for some unfortunate reason then will the City Council President taker he place on the workout mats of this TV show?
