What happens to the people who lose elections?

We all know that there are a lot of bad people who win elections in the Baltimore area. They get into government and they take complete advantage of the people they are supposed to be representing. Have you ever wondered what happened to the people who did not win? Many local election losers are great people who did not sell out and stuck to their beliefs. Of course when you are not willing to sell out in this city you are going to lose about 98% of the time. Last night I was at a party where there were 6 recent election losers present. I was one of them (I lost the election for the 11th district city council seat in 2007). Terry Hickey(10th district 2007), Charlie Metz(10th district 2003), Mike Mitchell(46th district 2006), Carl Stokes(Council President 2003), Mary Washington (43rd district 2006), and Aaron Meisner (stop slots Maryland 2008) were also in the house. I talked to Terry, Charlie, and Aaron quite a bit. The one "scoop" that I got is that Terry Hickey will run for city council in the 10th district again in 2011 no matter what. Below is photographic proof that Aaron Meisner and Adam Meister are two different people:
