All rock n’ roll lovers can rejoice on November 13, 2009 as “Pirate Radio,” opens in theaters near you. This much acclaimed fall comedy promises to intertwine an amazing playlist with a fascinating tale of saving rock n’ roll in a time where the government wants to shut it down. With a playlist of artists such as The Beatles, the Who, David Bowie, the Stones, Dusty Springfiled, Jimi Hendrix, just to name a few promise to awaken the rock n’ roll rebel within us, the question is are you ready?

Pirate Radio is the true life inspired story of rogue DJs who stand up against the British government by broadcasting rock n’ roll from the middle of the North Atlantic. The band of rebels is made up of The Count played by Philip Seymour Hoffman, Quentin the boss of Radio Rock, Gavin the best DJ in Britain, Midnight Mark, Doctor Dave, and Young Carl.
