Former Miss Argentina dies after cosmetic surgery

Buenos Aires - Miss Argentina, 1994, Solange Magnano, 38, died over the weekend due to complications from cosmetic surgery.
She went into surgery last Thursday to firm up her derriere.
Magnano is survived by her husband and eight-year-old twins.
Friends are reporting Magnano was rushed to the hospital on Friday suffering from a pulmonary embolism and died on Sunday.
"She only underwent the procedure because she thought it was no big deal," said Guillermo Azar, an associate from the fashion world and a close friend of Magnano's.
