Joseph Jackson's attorney, Brian Oxman, filed many documents, 60 pages, in court on Monday claiming that Michael Jackson believed John Branca and John McClain had defrauded him.
Joe's lawyer also accused both of conflicts of interest and said they should be removed from administering the will, intensifying a bid to get money from the pop star's estate.
Howard Weitzman, one of the attorneys representing Branca and McClain, issued a statement Monday night in response to the motion. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
Of course, Joe Jackson was not included in his son's will, all assets being left to his mother Katherine, the children and select charities.
"These claims filed by Joe Jackson are so outrageous that they don't deserve any response," said Weitzman.
According to the Associated Press, Oxman said in a phone interview that the father is allowed to challenge the executors as "an interested party who has the right to be an executor or personal representative."
Most of the accusations were focused on Branca, who represented MJ for 20 years, and is said to have help build his financial empire.
Among the Oxman claims, is embezzlement by Banca and sending money to offshore accounts. Oxman acknowledged an interview Monday night that may not be true.
Branca has said he was not terminated; he resigned because he felt Jackson was being influenced by people who did not have his best interests at heart.
Oxman claims that Joseph and Michael had reconciled and that "Michael loved his father."
