It's been a busy week on Bloor Street West with the opening of the flagship Burberry store on Wednesday night - where Heroes' Ali Larter was spotted - and on Thursday Holt Renfrew kicked off the festive shopping season with its fifth annual Holiday Window Unveiling.

Before jetting off to Paris for a gig the next day, 1234 singer Leslie Feist gave a free outdoor concert for the eager shoppers who braved the sub-zero temperatures.

Decked out in a cozy white wool toque, the songstress belted out songs from her hit album The Reminder with a red guitar in hand.

After her four-song stint came to a close, the curtains dropped and revealed the wintry display after which shoppers flocked into the store to take advantage of the store's extended hours.

But many passersby were just excited to catch a glimpse of the fun and festive offerings Holt's has this year, including Balenciaga jewels, Alexander McQueen tutus and the latest designer bags to hit the shelves.
