The flow of inspiration called Chokmah that travels via your emotions called Binah has but a single destination; that is the Unified Awareness. There is only one place where this unification may take place and that is in the Mishkan where the Ark of the Covenant is now hidden.
Ezekiel 41:1 And he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tent.
While this references the ancient meeting place of both the portable Mishkan and the permanent locations of both temples it also refers to what happens within. Each of us personifies this temple in the same manner as we personify the Creator in that we are made in the image and likeness of Hashem. The following story illustrates what may perhaps be taking place.
A conversation overheard within. It could be been anywhere or where. It is strange how this works.
“I found it,” HA (Higher Awareness) said.
“Found what?” EP (Emotional Presence) asked.
“The temple within of course,” HA responded.
“Hmm I didn’t know it was lost,” EP shot back. “Should I be excited about this?”
“Well yes. It makes a big difference for everything,” HA spoke up.
“For example?” EP asked starting to become a little bit excited.
“Okay first of all it is beautiful,” HA began.
“What is it like inside?” EP continued.
“Magnificent! Precious jewels abound, wall coverings with scenes from Torah, golden scepters amazing expanses of unimaginable grandeur. Oh the best thing is that it is built in multiple dimensions. Do you remember the Dr. Who show with the Tardis that he traveled around in?” HA asked.
“Vaguely. Something about it being built in many dimensions as well,” EP said.
“Yes although nowhere near as complex and elegant as the temple within. Would you like a tour?” HA asked EP.
“I would be delighted,” EP said.
“Yes I thought so,” HA came closer as they toured arm in arm the Temple Within.
In case you haven’t guessed. HA is Chokmah and EP is Binah. The literary device of giving voice to these concepts shows us how an idea interacts within itself and within the entire infinite landscape of ideation. Fictional yes but then if you experienced a certain amount of “it felt just like being there,” then the point was well taken.
