M-150 is the number one selling energy drink in Thailand.  According to their marketing material, in Thailand, it holds 60% of the market and is stocked in 95% of all the retail outlets.Osotspa is a big medicinal company, producing drugs. It then grew to a big manufacturing plant, producing sports and energy drinks. This one looks different in the US, and might be harder to find in their new packaging as it would be at Asian markets with the big sheriff

On the front a sheriff big scary badge with the letter M in the middle. M-150.  Why a big ugly star?   Not sure, but Ill bet this drink would do well in Texas... This is a squat little can, leaving the glass bottles most pharmaceutical companies make their energy drinks in. While that in itself is a wise move, switching to the squat can with the big badge is more funny than serious. I called the company and it seems a redesign of their entire image is on its way, just release to the public a couple weeks ago.

non-carbonated and tasted like citrus mixed with syrup. Whatever you do - drink this one COLD. If not, you end up with flat soda water - very undrinkable. It reminds me of a flat red bull, only a bit more citrus flavor. While not bad, the flavor won't have me coming back for more.

This has all the usual characters, from the B vitamins to the Taurine and Inositol. Their very helpful staff at Shark USA , Informing me that they just launched a new design for their product, meant for more mainstream audiences. The new bottle is a big bigger, and looks 100% different. They also informed me that this can has around 50mg of caffeine, so it has a little power but nothing to get excited about. IF this is really the best selling energy drink in Thailand, I would love to see what happened if they started importing Spike Shooters.
