During this time he lived in a nice apartment in the Korean capital, Seoul, and he only worked about five hours a day. He said that most Koreans want to learn English for business purposes, and it is not very difficult to be an effective teacher there. Especially in these difficult economic times, teaching English in Korea is not a bad option.
