November is here already and the residents of Greenwood, Indiana will be busy. There are plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Registration for the Junior Pacers Boys Youth Basketball program began on October 31 and will continue through December 18. Each player will receive a free ticket to a Pacers game, the opportunity to meet Pacers players, and other promotional offers. For further information contact Nick Schwab at 317-881-4545.

The Johnson County Solid Waste Management District will be collecting shoes during their Reuse-A-Shoe program November 2-15.  Visit their website for a list of collection sites or call the Greenwood Community Center at 317-881-4545.

Don't miss Greenwood-A-Glow, the Greenwood tree lighting ceremony, on Saturday, November 21. The ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m. and there will also be children's crafts, carriage rides and pictures with Santa.
