Find out more about Tyson: Ty Schott is a creative writing and journalism student who has been eating food at restaurants, and, indeed, at home, for most of his young life; and it took him nearly as long to figure out how to spell “restaurant” properly. He has also worked nearly every kitchen position at various area restaurants and, since seeing some of the atrocities committed in them, punishes himself for his mortal sins by continuing to dine out regularly.
