Steven Carter has been a clinical assistant professor in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation Psychology. He has published a number of articles in professional journals and conducted research in areas related to disability and rehabilitation. He currently is the coordinator of workforce and continuing education programs at El Centro College in Dallas and a private practitioner in vocational evaluation at Career Assessment Services in Dallas (214) 692-8990 where he continues to do a limited number of vocational evaluations for selected cases.
