It’s Wednesday night and I am so looking forward to Bravo’s Top Chef Masters second episode. The premiere last week rocked Bravo, becoming its top rated program. If you are lucky enough to have Bravo then you should tune in at 10 p.m. this evening.

If you don’t have Bravo you can get the BEST up-to-date news from local gal whose non de plume is The Minx. She has been blogging a number of Bravo’s programs and has created All Top Chefs for recaps, interviews with cheftestants and her own humorous commentary. You will really get a behind the scenes look, great interviews – definitely put a feed on the blog. If you are on Facebook you can follow her blog there. She is way funny and worth your time, a smile will definitely come to your face. She has Kit Pollard, Mango and Ginger Blog and Examiner.com’s Food Examiner, contributing on a regular basis.

Tonight I’m cheering for Chef Elizabeth Faulkner, a fellow member of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs. She has some competition chops after competing in Iron Chef. Also on tonight’s episode in a switch is Chef Michael Midgely, a former cheftestant, acting as a judge. Check out my video with Michael as he discusses his audition experience on Top Chef, it is truly Michael.
