Local Ruth’s Chris Steak Houses are introducing their new $5 Prime Time Menu. Kicking off the promotion they are offering FREE samplings of select menu items to food and wine lovers on Wednesday, November 11 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guests should be seated in the bar and/or patio (weather permitting) areas to enjoy this free sampling. Guests will have a choice of one free Prime Bites item and two Prime Wines by the glass. (see participating locations below)

What are Prime Bites and Prime Wines?

Rather than reinventing the wheel here is what the press release states:

Beginning today, Ruth’s Chris Steak House is formally launching its new “$5 Prime Time Menu” at participating locations in Greater Baltimore. The new menu features small-plate food items as well as fine wines and cocktails, each priced at $5 and less. The Prime Time Menu is available at Ruth’s Chris locations in Annapolis and Baltimore City (Water Street and Pier 5) during the restaurants’ normal dinner hours on Sunday through Friday, and for a limited time only.

The new menu highlights Prime Bites, Prime Libations, and Prime Wines. Featured Prime Bites are small plate food items: Seared Ahi Tuna, Crab Cakes, Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Mini Kobe Burgers, all for $5 each. Prime Libations include select cocktails and martinis for $5 each. Prime Wines – Hess Select Chardonnay and Peter Lehmann Shiraz – are also available for $5 a glass. Prime Beers, including domestic and imported brews, are offered at $3 each.
