Chef Masood of Da Mimmo Restaurant in Little Italy is offering a cooking class on Sunday, January 31 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Learn to cook your way across Italy with this demonstration class with students enjoying the four courses demonstrated.

Class size is limited. Reservations are needed. Think holiday gift for your foodie friends or loved ones.

Chef Masood will demonstrate this four course meal

Salad Course:
Golden Apple Salad tossed with mixed greens
from the Tuscany Region

Pasta Course:
Spaghetti alla Campagnia
Spaghetti with zucchini, eggplant and carmalized radicchio
from the Campagnia Region

Entree:
Veal Scaloppini Saltimbocca alla Romana
Medallions of veal sauteed in lemon, butter, white wine and topped with prosciutto and mozzarella
from the Lazio Region

Dessert:
Zabaglione
An Italian egg custard
from the Peidmont Region
