When planning your trips to New York City are you like me and plan exactly where you are going to dine as well as shop or go to a show? Well the famous restaurant survey company which is based on consumer reviews and votes, Zagat, has just posted the 2010 results on their on-line website.

Who is the best?

Curious, I followed their tweet to see who made it to the New York city top-of-the-heap and it seems Eric Ripert’s Le Bernardin has unseated Per Se  for the Top Food Title. Top décor honors goes to Asiate and Per Se still commands top honors in service.

Restaurant savant, Danny Meyer’s restaurant Gramercy Tavern knocks out its sister restaurant, Union Square Café  as most popular. I am sure that Michele Obama dining at Gramercy Tavern could have helped with its recognition.

The Zagat buzz will tease you with announcements on top tapas, top Japanese, top noodle shop, top burger joint and bit more – not all of the survey results, that my friend you must buy.
