If you have two cups of flour, a pinch of salt and two eggs you can have homemade pasta in no time. I found this video on homemade pasta excellent and just wanted to share. For your sauce take your wonderfully ripe summer tomatoes- chopped, fresh basil-chiffonade or torn in pieces, smashed whole garlic clove, extra virgin olive oil and freshly grated Parmigiano-Regianno cheese and mix them together for a room temperature sauce (you can add a pinch of the pasta boiling water)- no cooking and you'll be in food heaven.
