   Very strange cloud formation that preceding a 3 hour in North Dakota,

The video below was made on October 7, 2009 from Moscow's Garden Ring Road. It shows a very bizarre and alien looking cloud hovering over Moscow.

Moscow scientists have rejected claims of UFO activity. With one meteorologist saying ~ that though the cloud does look impressive it's “ purely an optical effect” and still another said it was a twister forming ~ however ~ a twister never did not appear.

People have been left baffled by the circular light that hovered over Moscow on that eerie October eve.  

These strange bizarre looking clouds seem to be popping up in a few places. This one was filmed October 24, 2008 in Romania.
