Recipe: Florida Keys Fish Tacos with Mango/Avocado Salsa
Florida Keys Fish Tacos combine the best of the best.
Fresh Florida Keys fish, fresh mangoes, fresh avacados .... there's nothing better at the end of a great day of fishing!
Serves 4
Ingredients:

2 pounds fresh grouper, snapper, or dolphin (mahi-mahi) fillets
-
8-12 flour tortillas, soft
-
1 head shredded lettuce
Marinade:
Preparation:

Combine fish fillets with marinade mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour

Grill fillets on a hot grill

Chop cooked fillets into bite-sized pieces

Fill tortilla with shredded lettuce, fish pieces, and Mango/Avocado Salsa
Mango/Avocado Salsa
Ingredients:
-
2 mangos, diced medium
-
1 avocado, diced medium
-
1/4 cup red onion, diced
-
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, minced
-
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
-
1 tablespoon Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to use
