While the 2009 season is winding down, baseball is always on the mind of passionate fans from coast to coast. America's pastime will be celebrated this coming fall and winter aboard the MSC Poesia, the newest ship in the MSC fleet, which is hosting five “Baseball Greats” theme cruises. Some of the greats of the game – including severa; record holders and members of the Hall of Fame – will be onboard, sharing their skills and their memories during the line up of five “Baseball Greats” theme cruises as the MSC Poesia sails her inaugural season in the Caribbean..
Besides calling at some of the most beautiful Caribbean ports, each “Baseball Greats” cruise features interactive guest/player activities including a player-hosted trivia contest in which you can test your baseball knowledge, question-and-answer sessions with the players, a guest pitching contest and a lively story-telling session. Players will also host pitching, hitting, fielding and base running clinics as well as a free autograph session at the end of the cruise.
