Jackson Browne, Crosby, Stills and Nash, Emmylou Harris, John Mellencamp and James Taylor -- will join Dave Matthews, Wilco, Sheryl Crow, Norah Jones, Josh Groban and the Red Hot Chili Peppers in an all-star tribute concert as part of a gala to honor Neil Young as the 2010 MusiCares Person of the Year

Young is being honored for his "exceptional artistic achievements as well as his philanthropic work during a key Grammy weekend event that will include a silent auction, gala dinner and tribute concert. The Grammys will be held Jan. 31.

Proceeds from the evening go toward MusiCares, which offers assistance to those in the music community in times of need.
