Jenn Givler, CFT, is a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in helping busy women get back to a healthy lifestyle. Jenn has over 15 years of experience teaching dance and fitness classes, and working with individual clients. Her approach is non-competitive and non-judgmental. Jenn’s philosophy is, you don’t have to live at the gym or become a fitness buff – you just need to get moving. And there are so many ways to do that, even with a hectic schedule. Jenn lives in Chester County with her husband and 7 year old daughter Maddie. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, biking, canoeing, and camping.
