This Massachusetts girl told police two men robbed her of $1 and a bag of cans./ 9News

Two Massachusetts transients are facing robbery charges after a young girl identified them as the men who robbed her of $1 and bag of aluminum cans on Wednesday.

According to reports, the girl told police two men – identified as being 43 and 50 years old – took her bag of empty cans and her dollar in broad daylight in front of a supermarket in Attleboro, Mass.

The child picked the men’s pictures from a photo lineup.

Both have pleaded not guilty to unarmed robbery and are being held on $150 bail.

How desperate does someone have to be to steal soda cans and a dollar from a little girl?

That’s not just sick, it’s sorry.
