Designer clothes- an apparent desire of the "celebrity robbers."
Who ever said being rich and famous was easy?
Wealthy members of young Hollywood recently found themselves targets of burglaries, in which jewels, clothing, and other personal items were taken from their private homes by a gang of young robbers.
A nineteen-year-old Las Vegas woman has been arrested and charged with masterminding the break-ins of several celebrities' homes- including actors Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom, Rachel Bilson, and heiress Paris Hilton.
An accomplice who is now cooperating with Los Angeles police said Rachel Jungeon Lee had orchestrated the robberies in order to fulfill her dreams of owning items previously belonging to Hollywood stars.
The robberies began in October 2008 and continued through this September. Four accomplices have been charged with felony burglary, while Lee has been charged with possession of stolen property.
Lee is currently out on bail.
