Along with his co-defendant, Darren Lynch, James Wall was found guilty in case of two men, who were murdered in Suffolk County over drugs.
Wall, of Coram, was only convicted of second-degree murder, while Lynch, of Queens, was held accountable for first-degree murder, second-degree murder, as well as first and second-degree kidnapping. Wall was also found guilty of two kidnapping charges.
Lynch testified that he killed the two men, and then dismembered them, because he was angry that they had sold him bad drugs. He committed the crime, apparently while high on drugs.
Lynch then disposed the body parts of the two men in the backyard of his parent's home in Suffolk County.
Wall faces 25 years to life in prison for the murder, while Lynch faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
