Ghost Town....pretty self explanatory. A town that has been abandoned, no longer of use to it's former residences. The southwest part of the US is full of them.
Oatman, Arizona, located on old route 66, is called "a living ghost town" by the "Legends of America" website.
ZZYX Paranormal Arizona reports the town is a real 'ghost' town with real 'ghosts.'
Trails.com mentions the Oatman Hotel as well. As most sites will tell you, the most prominent ghosts at the hotel, were also very prominent in life. Clark Gable and his actress wife, Carole Lombard spent their honeymoon at the Oatman Hotel. Their ghosts have reportedly revisited Oatman where they shared some of their fondest memories.

The Gable/Lombard honeymoon suite is being renovated and has been for some time. Subscribe to this column for updates as they are available. Another trip will be in order when the rooms upstairs are opened again.
No spirits were caught on film, and I felt nothing unusual in the downstairs area that is open. CJ, who works in the ice cream parlor says she's never had any experiences with the paranormal downstairs. However, she did reveal that people have seen and heard things upstairs.
