Radaronline.com has reported that it has access to audio proof that Jon Gosselin's manager discussed several money making opportunities for Jon Gosselin  which in fact breached his contract with TLC network.

The recorded evidence is a -phone call between Gosselin's  manager Michael Heller and you guessed Michael Lohan. It was reported that Jon was more than aware of the deals that were being attempted on his behalf at the time.

The context of the conversation is pretty clear that the deals were outside of what was allowed per his contract with TLC.  Looks like Kate Gosselin  may have got out just in time to dodge this next mess.
