David Letterman "creating a toxic environment"at work for women. The National Organization For Women has stated but,it seems his co-workers are coming to his defense. The President of NOW Terry O'Neil got in touch with Rob Burnett about "respect for women in the workplace". O'Neil let the tv host know he"s "sending a harmful message" by having "sexual exploits "with women who work for him, they also requested a meeting with the shows producers to future improve the work place for the female staff.

Burnett responded by informing O"neil they take the complaints "very seriously". Burnett also added that Letterman's admissions "did not stem from a complaint from any staff member but from an alleged attempt to commit a crime.
